Explore Restigouche Winter Scanvenger Hunt

Cold weather got you down? Feeling like there’s nothing to do? Why not Explore Winter with us, with the Explore Restigouche Winter Scavenger hunt.

From now until March 21st, listen weekday mornings for the item of the day. Take a selfie or get a picture with the item, and hold on to it. Then starting on March 24th, you can submit the number of items you were able to get pictures on the Hit 100 website. Listeners with the most items* will be put into a draw for our grand prize of $500 gift card from IGA!!!

So get ready to get those winter snap shots, and Explore winter with us.

Feb 18 – Outdoor skating

Feb 19–Snow-shoeing

Feb 20–Sliding at Sugarloaf Park

Feb 21–Selfie in front of the Dalhousie Lighthouse.

Feb 24th–Selfie at a snowmobile club

Feb 25th–making a snowman

Feb 26th–having a coffee or hot chocolate in Downtown Campbellton Early Bird Cafe.

FEb 27th–Eating your favorite poutine at cafe chez wes.

Feb 28th–At a local Hockey game

Mar-3rd–Selfie in front of the lobsters at IGA.

Mar 4th–Bowling at a local bowling alley.

Mar 5th–Swimming at one of our local pools.

Mar 6th–Farmers market in Dalhousie.

Mar 7th–Selfie with a apron on at restigouche river outfitters.

Mar 10th–Wearing a tilly hat at Dalhousie Home Hardware.

Mar 11th–A Selfie with Restigouche Sam.

Mar 12th–Playing Pickle Ball

Mar 13th–A selfie at the boat in front of Dalhousie town hall.

Mar 14th–Shoveling snow.

Mar 17th–Animal tracks in the snow.

Mar 18th–A picture of the Restigouche river/ bay of chaleur.

Mar 19th–At the charlo dam.

Mar 20th–In the produce section of IGA.

Mar 21st–At the Bell Aliant booth in Dalhousie Home Hardware.

Mar 24th–Picture with the salt water taffy at RRO.

Deadline to submit your pictures is thursday March 27th.  Lets get those photos in and see who wins the $500.00 gift card from IGA.

*participant must be in all images; pictures will need to be verified at the station. If the person drawn does not have the proper images, and/or does not meet the qualifying number of images, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn. This process will be repeated until a winner is verified.
